Can pet mice eat food blocks meant as rabbit and guinea pig treats?

Mice might chew on it, it probably wont hurt them, but ideally you want to stick with stuff for rats and mice and also low fat quality dogfoods (light or senior) pasta, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Do not give them stuff made for hamsters or gerbils, they are much higher fat than rats and mice require, and can lead to obesity. Can pet mice eat food blocks meant as rabbit and guinea pig treats?
They probably will but really they shouldn't be given them. Each animal is different and is used to a different natural diet. Pet food is designed around this. If the box/packet says it is suitable for 'hamsters, gerbils and other small rodents' then it's fine for mice too, otherwise don't give it to them. This is especially important with mice as they are so small and too much of the wrong thing could very easily make them ill.
