If she got out of her cage inside then she probably snagged herself on exiting the cage, check it and make sure it stopped bleeding and clean it following that put some antibacterial ointment on it.
If she got out, outside then she could have gotten attacked by another animal, in that case call the vet for an opinion. It would be a good idea to clean it and check it prior so that you can give your vet an accurate description.
