I have a 4 and a half month old rabbit, still with its mother is it ok to seprate them now? (female rabbit!)


The hutch is getting far to small and need help weather it is ok to seprate them?I have a 4 and a half month old rabbit, still with its mother is it ok to seprate them now? (female rabbit!)?
Yes. They can be at 2 months so your safe. But i would not seperate them all at once, they have been together long enough for them to be bonded.I have a 4 and a half month old rabbit, still with its mother is it ok to seprate them now? (female rabbit!)?
Well you can but rabbits love a companion so if they get on I would keep them together and look out for a bigger hutch and run-you can often get them cheap second hand.
of course it is, shes well and truley weaned :) if they start getting a bit of seperation anxiety, just put them together for an hour a day or so, or maybe push their hutches together
