How old does a baby rabbit have to be to go to a new home?

A minimum of 6wks, 8-10 wks is best, although rabbits are weaned at 4-6wks (depending on mum) they still need the extra time with mum and their litter mates. also a rabbits digestive tract is very sensative to stress, changes in diet ect. normally but they are ever more sensative at weaning time as they are already making some pretty extreme changes to their diet so 8-10wks is best. How old does a baby rabbit have to be to go to a new home?
Bunnies are usually nearly completely weaned at 4 weeks but you shouldn't take them away until they are 5-6 weeks old, let any runts stay with Mum for an extra week or so, just enough that they get to be about the size of their siblings that you are moving out.How old does a baby rabbit have to be to go to a new home?
