Why is my girlfriends rabbit doing this?

she keeps trying to cram as much straw as possible in her mouth, it looks like shes building a nest or just trying to cram as much into her mouth as possible.

also acting a bit jumpy but lets go of it all when we take it off her so it isnt stuck in her mouth.

she's roughly 7 months old, not been neutered

cheers! Why is my girlfriends rabbit doing this?
Some rabbits, even with no males around, ';act'; like they are pregnant, usually called false pregnancies. So they go through all the motions of building a nest.

I'd say get her spayed asap. Spaying rabbits is very important especially since uterine cancer is very high in rabbits, and will end with a very painful death. Why is my girlfriends rabbit doing this?
she wants a place to sleep right at night idk
Most likely she's pregnant. Female rabbits begin moving straw and plucking fur off their chest to build the nest near the time when they are going to have the babies. Check with your vet ;)
She proably is making a little nest to sleep in.
my rabbit did that once. she took all of the hay and even would pull off her loose hair and made a nest in her house with it. she totally freaked us out, as she couldn't be pregnant, as we only had two girls. they weren't even in the same cage, so even if there was a mistake, and the other was male, she couldn't be pregnant. after a week or so, she stopped and went back to normal. i still don't know why she did it, but maybe your girlfriend's rabbit will go back to normal too.
maybe shes pregnet :)

I donno
